About Us
Agape is different than most other schools.
Agape believes that a child's education is very important.
Not only education in basic life skills, but also an education about
Jesus.
Every Friday Agape has chapel(a non-denominational worship), and the kids are required too wear nice and appropriate clothing.
The boys wear slacks with a button up shirt and a tie while the girls wear a dress or skirt with an appropriate shirt.
Curriculum
Agape is currently using the Abeka Cirriculum along
with other Christian publishers to keep a
Biblical core system that meets NM state requirements.
The school is designed to create a Christian atmosphere, so the student
may
grow: Spiritually, ethically, academically, and spiritually. Although
Agape is a private school we offer several special classes such as:
art, music, foreign language (which varies year to year), physical
education, computer literacy,
and high school students may participate in creating a year book.
Classes are kept small so each student may receive special attention.
The teachers all strive to help every student reach their potential.
Agape is also willing too accept students of all Christian faith, and
is not teaching any specific doctrine.
Agape is a non-profit
corporation, depending on your tax situation gifts may be deductible.
The main source of our income is student tuition
and donations.
Agape teaches students that they are accountable for their own success
in life.
The students must work and will not simply be pushed through the system
until graduation.
Students will be given a diploma at graduation if all state credits
have been met.
